We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Manager who wants to make a difference in our mid-sized brokerage company.  Someone who has management experience running an accounting department and is not satisfied with the status quo.  Seizing opportunities to streamline and standardize processes, you’ll be proactive and take initiative to see your ideas come to life. 

You’re an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who is as comfortable setting strategies with the company president, as you are clearing up invoice discrepancies.   Looking beyond the day-to-day business, you identify opportunities to improve the bottom-line.  You’re a good manager, setting clear goals and expectations to ensure a strong performing staff.  You’re not political or ego-driven.  You enjoy working in a small company for the difference you can make.

Every day we process lots of orders, reconcile and pay invoices on time and with 100% accuracy.  You’ll manage 6 customer service managers and will help oversee, create and improve accounting processes and procedures.  You’ll coordinate billing procedures with our sales force and manage basic office activities with the staff.  This position reports to the president of the company.
