Addressing Concerns

Current research shows that lack of manager support is a key stumbling block to flex implementation.  It’s not surprising. Managers have a lot of responsibilities, and they don’t need anything that will add to the work or — worse yet — decrease productivity.  We address the most common manager concerns we hear in manager training sessions and suggest a few ways other managers are overcoming their unique flex challenges.
