Sarah Gourley serves as Director of Coaching Operations, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes and serving as a principal liaison between the organization and its valued clients. Through outreach and interaction, she helps shape relationships and tailor experiences for coaching participants.
As the account manager for several coaching engagements, Sarah helps our clients develop strategies to engage employees, maximize participation, and demonstrate impact. In addition to researching and responding to client needs, Sarah influences Life Meets Work operations so coaches and their coaching participants are set for successful engagements.
Sarah is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with majors in psychology and Spanish. She chose to spend the past 10 years raising her two daughters, following a number of fast-paced corporate positions. She’s held managerial roles in marketing, project management and business development for companies such as William M. Mercer and Jostens.
Today she values the flexibility that Life Meets Work offers her personally and, as importantly, values Life Meets Work’s mission to “help every working person live a better life.”
